First class customer service is at the heart of The Hair Salon, and we are looking for an efficient and organised person to join our team as front of house assistant.
We are excited to announce that we are looking for a part time front of house assistant, with excellent customer service skills and who’s available Fridays and Saturdays.
This role will include:
• Meeting and greeting guests
• Answering the phone
• Managing walk-in queries, appointments and products sales
• Guest refreshments and care throughout their appointment
• Shampoo and condition training
• Supporting a creative and diverse team
• Keeping the salon clean, tidy and running smoothly all day
• Must be organised and great at working under pressure
• Open minded, inclusive and have similar outlook to salon ethos
We are looking for passionate team member with an outgoing personality and fantastic interpersonal skills who shares our environmentally conscious values. Individuality and creative business ideas are welcome.
