The Hair Salon is seeking an organised and dynamic individual to join our team as a Salon Manager. This pivotal role involves managing front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, and creating memorable client experiences. Key Responsibilities

Front-of-House Management

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to all clients
• Oversee appointment scheduling and manage client communications
• Maintain an inviting salon atmosphere
• Handle enquiries and bookings efficiently
• Champion and implement sustainable salon practices
• Keep up to date with eco-friendly products and supplies

Operations Management

• Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Manage stock levels and coordinate supplies
• Oversee health and safety compliance
• Monitor and maintain salon equipment

Client Experience

• Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
• Coordinate refreshments and client comfort
• Handle feedback and resolve any concerns promptly
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Team Leadership

• Support and coordinate our neurodiverse team
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment
• Facilitate effective communication between staff members
• Contribute to team development and training

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in customer service leadership
• Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities
• Experience working with or supporting neurodiverse individuals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and salon management software
• Excellence in written and verbal communication
• Understanding of salon operations (industry experience preferred)
• Demonstrated commitment to environmental sustainability and eco-friendly practices
